They are designed to be as accurate as possible based on the information you enter, but they are not a substitute for professional tax advice. Your actual tax liability may differ depending on other income, reliefs or allowances. Always check with HMRC or a qualified accountant for your definitive tax position.
No. All the work hours, rates and settings you enter in the app are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to your financial figures. If you join the waitlist or contact us, your email is stored securely. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Go to Settings in the app and update the Tax Code field. Your tax code is shown on your payslip or can be found in your HMRC Personal Tax Account at gov.uk. The most common code for one job is 1257L.

Since your data lives on your device, you can delete it by uninstalling the app. If you've given us your email address (e.g. via the waitlist), email info@bluka.io with a deletion request and we'll remove it within 30 days in line with UK GDPR.
