Use this page to request deletion of your account-related personal data for NetPay.

How account deletion works

Submit the email address associated with your NetPay account or support profile. We will verify your request, process deletion, and send a confirmation email when complete.

As an alternative, you can delete your account in the app instantly.

When we process your request, account-linked personal data is deleted from our active systems, except data we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, or tax/compliance obligations.

  • Step 1: Enter your email address in the form.
  • Step 2: Our team validates the request and starts deletion.
  • Step 3: Within 2-3 business days, we email you a deletion confirmation.
Your request was sent successfully. We will process it within 2-3 business days and send confirmation by email.
